Be sure to check with your Human Resource department for any additional forms your employer may need. If they do not request an additional direct deposit form, UECU will provide your employer a copy of the direct deposit form you submit to us. Sign form and send to:

2. Join- Click here to print and complete our membership application form or Click here to complete our online membership application and print
3. Click here for a direct deposit form if you would like funds automatically sent from your paycheck. Be sure to check with your Human Resource department for any additional forms your employer may need. 4. You can indicate Special Savings Accounts (with a name of choice) on the direct deposit form and the funds you would like deposited into that account each pay period
5. Make sure to sign all the forms
