Be sure to check with your Human Resource department for any additional forms your employer may need. If they do not request an additional direct deposit form, UECU will provide your employer a copy of the direct deposit form you submit to us.

3. Click here for a direct deposit form if you would like funds automatically sent from your paycheck.
