Employment Opportunities

Working at Utilities Employees Credit Union

UECU is one of the largest credit unions in the country and serves nearly 45,000 members throughout the United States, from a single headquarters. UECU is a not-for-profit financial cooperative where each of our members is also an owner in the organization. This relatively uncommon arrangement fosters a unique work environment that raises the meaning of “customer service” to another level.

Member Service is the driving force in everything we do, regardless of the position or role within the organization. This is true for the Member Service Representatives, that have an opportunity to speak and work with our members daily, as well as each of our operations and back office positions that continually seek ideas to make our financial products and services even better!

With the entire organization focused on Member Service, UECU has an environment that is proud to support and foster the contributions of its talented employees. Our standards are continually raised and we are pleased to offer various formal and informal rewards for our employees’ achievements.

UECU offers a pleasant team-oriented working environment and a competitive compensation and benefits package. We have been named one of the Best Places to Work in PA multiple years. If you are new to our organization, we encourage you to explore our website (particularly our Vision, Mission, Values, and Member Testimonials) to continue to develop a sense of who we are. If you are able to picture yourself enjoying and thriving in this environment, please continue to check the listing below for an opportunity that will match your experience and contributions.
