What do I do if my Visa Power Card™, Home Equity Visa Platinum Card, Advantages Visa Debit Card™ or Advantages Access Card™ is lost or stolen?
If any of your cards are lost or stolen you should immediately report this to UECU at 800-288-6423 during normal business hours. Lost or stolen cards can be reported outside UECU's normal business hours by calling 800-543-5073, or outside the U.S. collect at 727-507-4888. We will cancel your card and issue a new card immediately. You are not liable for any fraudulent purchases or withdrawals from your account when you notify us promptly. Once UECU issues you a new card, you'll need to notify all of the merchants with whom you've set up automatic payments, and provide them with your new 16-digit number.
Can I use my Visa® credit or debit card internationally?
Yes, you may use your Visa® Power Card™ or Advantages Visa® Debit Card™ internationally, everywhere Visa is accepted. If you are traveling internationally, please contact our Member Service Representatives at 800-288-6423 prior to your departure to provide information regarding your travel dates. In the event that your Visa Power Card™ or Advantages Visa Debit Card™ is lost or stolen while you are traveling, you can rest easy knowing you have Visa Global Assistance.
